Residential Applications

Solar control and fade reduction

Vista^® Brand Window film blocks over 99.9% UV radiation and up to 78% solar energy (heat) along with glare reduction up to over 88%. Customers that use our products can reduce the rate of fading and dry rot of their interior furnishings, in addition to calming bright glare and cooling down solar heat gain. There are also some new "ceramic" technologies available which are very pale, nonreflective and therefore barely noticeable aesthetically. The Vista Brand has won our confidence due to their reliability on UV protection and their extensive lifetime warranty which covers peeling, bubbling, discoloration, delamination, etc. and it is even transferable to the next homeowner. Many of the residential products pay for themselves in 2-3 years on energy savings alone.

Decorative frosted or matte films

We have an array of frosted and decorative films which provide privacy along with a decorative effect. We use them often in bathroom, closet windows or in situations where homes are really close to each other. These products are easy to clean and often less expensive than blinds, shutters or drapes.

Commercial Applications

Solar and energy control films

Energy control films are used to reduce solar heat gain for comfort and air conditioning cost benefits. On some of the high performing products, the "payback" is between 2 and 3 years based on energy savings alone. Additional benefits are increased comfort, reduction of harsh glare and prolonging life of drapes, carpets and other furnishings.

Decorative or patterned films

Decorative films come in an assortment of densities and patterns. Custom designs and logos can be produced if artwork is provided. These films are generally used for interior office glass, primarily for privacy and art design. These films are usually made of a "frosty" or "sandblasted" appearance.

Safety, Security and Graffiti Films

Available in 4 mil, 6mil, 7mil, 8mil and 15mil, clear and tinted types are available. These products are used for fragment retention from storms or explosions. They are also used to slow down a potential burglary because the increased strength of the glass achieved by adding the film will make it difficult or impossible to penetrate. Graffiti films are an inexpensive way to protect commercial surfaces from vandals in public areas. We also use these thicker films to overcoat doors in high usage situations for additional scratch protection.

We are now the exclusive dealer of Formula One automotive films. Our most exciting new product in Formula One's Pinnacle film is the newest "ceramic" technology.
